Abnormal labs and not sure why?

B12 supplement come in at least 3 strengths.  I had over 2000 on my B12 labs too. My surgeon had me cut back and eventually stop.  I started again when my B12 labs showed a 600.  I take a 2500mcg 2-3 times a week to maintain  the target range of 900-2000, set my my doc.  You should also pay attention your vitmain D levels. Target range is 80-90. I began using the 50K IU dry D3 some years ago.  I'd suggest you start with 2-3 per week and monitor lab levels. I need 6 of these per week, based on 4 years of labs to get a level of 90.  DAVE

Thank you!  I will talk with my PCP about this on the 31st.  Is there a website that shows the norms for WLS patients?  I'm sure it's been listed someplace on here, but I don't recall.
