What a difference a year makes... Last year I was recovering from my surgery and I was very glad I had done it.  My mother, not so much.  It was painful but not as bad as I expected.  Kinda like I did too many sit ups.  Well a year later and I'm down 70 lbs... Not a drastic amount and I'm very happy about that. I have no loose skin.  I plan on trying to loose the last 20 lbs to get to my and my surgeons goal weight for myself.   My labs have been good.  I'm keeping up with my vitamin regimine.  I'm also trying to exercise on a regular basis but started working third shift again so I'm having trouble figuering that one out.. but I will.

I hope everyone has a safe and healthy new year!   Remember to do things for YOU!broken heart

Happy New Year to you and Happy Surgiversary Date!!!  70# is a lot of weight.  Can you even lift something that weighs 70#???  You used to have that hanging on YOU!!  Congrats on the good work this year!
