I've sampled Celebrate Bariatric and Bariatric Advantage. I'm sure there are others out there. How's the Vitalady one?

I take 2 of the optisourse citrus flavored chewable tabs 2 times a day. They are the only ones I have tried that don't have the strong medicine taste to me. If you have a Costco card put in a item request see if they can bring them into your local store.

When I was still in the chewable multi stage I took the celebrate grape chewables. Couldn't stand the orange for some reason. Now I take one a day 50+. It seems to be the only one that has what I need and no iron since I take my iron separately and at night with C

Me too. I got the centrum silver equivalent for 50+ MEN.... found it had the best make up of vitamins if I took 2. And didn't have the iron I need to take at a different time of day.

My dr prescribes me preg-vit (it's a prenatal vitamin, and I have no intentions of ever having another child, but that is the vitamin my dr wants)

I take Walmart brand multi-vitamin for women and a prenatal vitamin. Haven't had any trouble.

I'm 4+ years out and use CVS brand for most of my vitamins and supplements (and I buy them when it buy one get one free), My labs are always good. You do not need to spend a lot of money to keep your levels up.
