NSV and distorted body image!

So I decided to go shopping yesterday with my husband and kids. I still see myself as being large. I wore a 3x for the past 5 years! My daughter found this cute shirt that was a small. I thought no way is this going to fit but i took it anyways. My husband found this beautiful red dress that was a med. I figured yeah right but I tried them both on and when I came out to show my husband the dress there was another man standing there and he said "damn I wish my wife had a figure like that!" I was sooo embarrassed but my husband got the biggest grin on his face! Needless to say I bought the dress!

That is soooo wonderful! I bet you felt like a million bucks. Way to go girl! You are so inspiring for all of us newbies! Thanks for sharing.
