60 in 6!

I hit 60 pounds lost this morning!  Can't hardly believe it! Yesterday was 6 months post-op.

 

 

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. It requires sacrifice. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's WORTH IT! (Author Unknown). I feel this sums up my ongoing journey to a healthier me!

Congratulations!! When I hit the 6 month mark I realized I feel good and as Al Roker says I never wanna go back!!

Awesome!! 50% by the six month mark seems to be about average so you are way ahead of the curve!!

Thank you, Laura!  I always kind of wondered how I was doing in comparison to others.  Now I really feel great!
