Is it possible?
I was told I wouldn't be able to lose it all too. That I'd only lose half my excess weight, if that. Well, I refuse to give up! I will make goal! I've only got 6 lbs to a healthy BMI and 19 to my surgeons goal.
You keep fighting to get there! Don't give up!

It's not just possible but likely with the rate you are going. Look around here. There are numbers of people who haven't just lost a bunch of weight but are keeping it off. Maybe in the past we couldn't keep weight off but now we have a tool, or for me, a weapon, to help us stick with the healthier habits that will make it happen.

Of course it's possible. Why wouldn't it be? I can't tell you if you'll make goal or not, but why would it be impossible?
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
I agree with all of the above posters - anything is possible if you really want to achieve it!
