lab results
The lab report will tell you what tests they did. It will tell you your results and their reference range. On most lab reports, if your result is outside the reference range, it will indicate whether it was high or low. My lab puts any abnormal results in bold print, as well.

There should be a bunch of tests for different vitamin levels.
B12 checks your B12 level.
thiamine checks your thiamine (B1) level
folate or folic acid checks your folate or B9 level
B6 checks your B6 level
vitamin D hydroxy0.25 checks your vitamin D level
vitamin A or retinol checks your vitamin A level
Iron or FE checks your iron level
Ferritin checks your iron storage level
zinc checks your zinc level
copper checks your copper level
