I love you, Paul!

I am very regular and have been since pretty early out (immediately after surgery notwithstanding)

In addition to fiber, food pushes food through the digestive tract. I eat a lot of food!

Um...2 footer. Had to lug out the old plunger but I felt a lot lighter. In fact, I did before after on the scale. Three pounds. No lie.

Yes, I'm regular.  Taking a magnesium oxide every day helps, plus eating avocados and almonds and drinking lots of water.

But boy can I go big sometimes.   And not just once, but again and again in like half an hour.  What I want to know is where is my body storing all that poo until it comes out?????

Oh, and did I mention the horrible cramps I get right before the big one?!

And for the prize, yes, I have gone so big as to stop up the toilet.  UGH!

On another topic, how's your daughter and family?

Miralax every day keeps constipation away. I make a Miralax concoction my DH refers to as Pooplax.

I have clogged the toilet. Good thing DH is a plumber, huh?

A pound or so on the scale.

No problems with constipation, but I eat oatmeal and high fiber whole grain food as often as possible.  I block up the w.c. every day and have to whip out the plunger!

I think it depends on how much fiber you can take in.

I do not have any bathroom problems. I get close to 50 grams of fiber most days, so I think that helps.  If anything, I have more issues the other way.  I don't dump that I know of, but sometimes too much fruit can make me have to GO.

I have had some mega ones that feel great to be cleaned out!  Since I have my scale in a very inconvenient place, I have never weighed before and after.

I have to respect a man who can come up with a rhyme like "poo issue".

I'm duly impressed.....

Umm. I'm a year out and I still have the super soft grey stuff a couple o times a day.  Irritating, but I think my normal days are long gone.
