probably a silly question but....
You're doing amazing! It took me a week just to lose the weight I GAINED in the hospital! I didn't lose anything at all until the 2nd week post op.

You're doing OK. Everyone loses differently. There are a lot of varaibles, younger, high BMI, and males tend to lose quicker. Revisions tend to lose slower. Even though my BMI was 50, I'm 55, female and had a shot metabolism due to yo-yo dieting over the years. I am a slow loser. I lost 12 lbs the first month, 36 lbs by 3 months, 61 lbs by 6 months and 90 lbs by 1 year. Most people average 3-5 lbs a week for first 6 months. Mine was 2.35 lbs. Some weeks, you lose more and others you lose less/none. Continue to follow your plan and enjoy your journey. :)
You seem to be doing fine. I anticipate being a slower loser. I am going to be a band to RnY, am over 60, have thyroid problems and take a couple of meds that pack on pounds by themselves. I have to take MoM now due to the pain meds I take and am not anticipating any relief post surgery. I should probably have used a turtle as my tracker symbol!

You are doing great! The worst thing you can do is try to compare your progress to others'. Really!
I gained 8lbs in fluid weight while i was in the hospital. It took a few days to get rid of that before the real losing began. I started really slowly and was in a tizzy that this wasn't going to work. After talking to my therapist and getting onto the forums I got the same reassurance you are getting now.
Everyone is unique and loses weight differently. There are going to be stalls along the way....when and how many is all individual. How you deal with those is up to you. Just keep your eye on the prize. Keep focused and follow your Doc's plan. Whatever issue, concern or problem comes up, everyone here has "been there" at some point and willing to share their experiences.
