X-Post: Shrimp **** tail (lol) Question

So shrimp **** tail (lol) is one of my fave post-WLS foods.  So much protein packed into so few calories.  :)  However, everywhere I look it seems to tell me that 6 medium shrimp only equal out to approx. 35 calories.  Myfitnesspal, google, etc.  I'm looking for opinions/facts - is this really true??  I just can't believe it is true, although it would be nice if it is.  Thoughts everyone?

Thanks!

That sounds about right.....I know that a 1 pound lobster has about 4 ounces of meat in it and that is only 100 calories! Seafood in general is protein packed and low calorie.

I think it depends on the size if the shrimp. I had a bag of frozen jumbo shrimp from Trader Joe's, and a serving if four was 110 calories and 22g of protein. You may want to look at some other online sources like LiveStrong.com. :)
