gripe of the day!!!!!

So I will be 4 months out on Saturday. I have lost 48 pounds since surgery....40 prior to surgery. This week I have started the Couch to 5k program and really been making sure I get my protein in. I get on the scale today expecting a big loss....and guess what!!!!! I gain .2 pounds from the previous week.

 

Blah!!!!!!

Dang. That is a let down. But I am sure it will catch up with you next week. I have been wanting to start that program. How did you go about doing it? (on line? or do you order the program?)

It's most likely water weight.

I actually downloaded the app on my iphone....I put in earphones and the app tells you when to jog, when to walk, when to cool down. It is very cool!
