The Jacks Low sodium Turkey jerky nuggets are good...regular jerky too much work to chew!

Most of the jerky has MSG in it and I can't have it. I make my own in a food dehydrator. It's easy, cheaper and  you get a ton more. bag it and it lasts for weeks.  You buy a roast beef cut it very thin or maybe your butcher could slice it for you and marinade the meat in whatever you want,  add a drop of liquid smoke to the marinade and then let  sit overnight. Plug in the dehydrator and lay each piece out inside of it and let it cook overnight. It's easy. You can make up your own marinade, just don't forget the liquid smoke. Buy it in any store in a small bottle. I have a friend who does it in her oven. Puts the oven on as low as she can and leaves it in there for 24 hours.
