Snowing here so I am working from home.  Also taking advantage of my alone time and washing sweaters.  Making a new chicken recipe in the crock pot.  Mainly relaxing in front of the fireplace and watching the beautiful snow.  I'm a mom of three boys so I never get the house all to myself.  This is a treat!

Have a wonderful weekend!!

I'm also home alone today. I'm spending the day doing laundry, changing the sheets on the bed, cleaning up the living room, meal planning, grocery shopping, blogging, cooking (lentil curry! Yum!), and cleaning the clothes that don't fit out of my closet.

Come visit me on my blog, Through a Cooking Glass! I talk about my journey through WLS and learning to live, cook, and eat on the other side.

Lentil curry sounds delicious!  I'm going to have to Google a recipe!

I am supposed to be a stay at home mom but I'm really a seldom at home mom! I'm not complaining - I love my life! :) Today was another busy morning - preschool dropoff, YMCA, physical therapy, preschool pickup. Now I am home with my 1 yr old and 5 yr old, with whom I am having a battle of wills over eating his lunch. Waiting for my 7 yr old to get home from school.

Need to start packing. The list is made and we leave for vacation on Sunday morning. I have some errands to accomplish over the next two days, but I am not starting them until my husband is here to take over with the kids. The 5 yr old is determined to drive me crazy today so I will use a trip to Target later as my sanity saver! :)

No snow here but still insanely cold. The wind today is not helping. Looking forward to warming temps on vacation next week!

I slept zero minutes last night.  Now awake since 0900 yesterday.  Since that time I have worked out with the trainer for an hour, then did a 30 minute kickboxing class, 2hr staff meeting, 12 hour work shift, helped my mom, fed my animals, washed gym clothes, showered, lay in bed wishing for sleep, up for the 0600 Spinnerval class, post office to pick up my 18 little chicks, settled them at home, showered, off to counseling, helped my mom, to the gym for massage, Zumba and measurements (down to 20.0% body fat... I am"underfat!!" ).  To my parents, fixed an amazing burger and salad lunch and now I have hit a wall.

Still have to feed the animals and go downtown for my 5k packet pickup. Think I will sleep ok tonight.
