I was told I can have a "normal" diet as long as I get the right protein and vitamins....cant go over 800 calories. I usually dont even get 500 so it isnt a problem for me at all. I have coffee with protein powder for breakfast, for lunch maybe a protein (turkey) and some salad, a protein bar for snack, supper maybe some buffalo chicken salad and 6 wheat thins, then a protein shake. Some days I'll have shrimp or some kinda fish. I even eat Lean Cuisine sometimes but not all of it, it usually last 2 meals. My body really doesnt like meat now so I hang to the veggies and get most of my protein from the shakes and bars.

I am almost 6 months out.
B 1/2 English muffin
1/4 southwest egg beaters
1 slice reduced fat pepper jack cheese

L light and fit Greek yogurt
1/6 piece of left over quesadilla

S protein bar

D lean cuisine salad additions
Weigh****chers jalapeño sting cheese

S I will probably have a protein bar or yogurt or string cheese. Depends on what I'm in the mood for.
