having a rough time
Sorry for the pity party but that is where i am right now. I am 4 days out, not regretting it but just down in the dumps.
Thanks for listening
Jenn
It's better to have that happen BEFORE you go home than to go home and then have that kind of problem! YOU have done nothing wrong so repeat after me: I AM NOT A FAILURE, I AM NOT A FAILURE, I AM NOT A FAILURE!
Keep us updated on what they find, OK?

Hang in there! I know we see a lot of positive experiences on this website, which is great, but, there can be bumps in the road and I see other people have gone through them and still come out the other side very happy with their decision.
I am not there yet, but do worry about the things that could go wrong. I try to focus on why I am doing this and know that eventually it will all work out okay
Remember that there is a lot of support here for you!
Take care.

I agree with everyone. Great that it happened before you left. Nothing worse than leaving then having to go back. Plus, they can get you in tip top shape to go home and start your journey right.
There are a great number of stories on here of people doing just fine...but everyone has also had their struggles. everyone is different and this is a MAJOR surgery. so please keep your head up and keep plugging
Why do you feel like a failure? Do you think your drinking water caused this? Or walking around caused this? Nope. YOU didn't do anything you weren't supposed to do. It just happened - through no fault of your own. You are not a failure.
I am sorry you are dealing with this - it stinks. I hope you feel better soon.
