Yes, but they're not processed carbs like bread or pasta. They're complex carbs, the kind you want and need to eat.

Right now I love eating sea scallops, greek yogurt, and chick peas. Not together of course! I love curry chick peas or curried chicken salad.

My favorite that I could eat every single day for all 3 meals is oven roasted zucchini strips with roma tomatoes and goat cheese with balsamic reduction drizzled on top! YUM! It is a spanish tapas that is healthy! I LOVE IT!

Cheese goes down soooo easy for me, so pretty much a once a day choice.   Greek yogurt, nuts,chicken and salmon and a regular part of my diet.

Watermelon is my fave sweet treat. My tummy likes it and it helps with adding more fluids. :)
