GO TO: Myfitnesspal.com
Get signed in and when you are ready go to: TRACK FOODS
You can there add any food item by Brand Name or otherwise and it will tell you Calories, Proteins, Fats, etc; etc; etc;
You can keep a daily log of Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Salmon is a great protein item.

I find it hard to track when I have 3 tbsp of refried beans and a serving is 1/2 cup. So I am trying to do math to figure out.....ugh.
Or like the chili I had tonight. Makes 8 servings...okay. so how much do I have in my 3 tbsp?! It drives me crazy. I dont know how accurate my protein counts are, but I am trying. Lol
