What are the chances of me dumping off my protein shakes??
Read the sugar grams per serving, if the vaule is 12 or more that's too much. Get a differnt brand. Also how much protein per serving? If you are trying to get more than 50 at a time on purpose back off to a smaller size serving.
There is allot of variation on the protein isolate. Some are between 20-30G per serving, there are those out there that have 60 in a single serving. I don't tolerate those will but my wife does.
Thanks Allen, the sugar in one is 3.5 and the other has under 1g so I'm now thinking its maybe something else in it like Lora suggested.
i dump if I hit 8g of sugar ( except lactose) so I monitor that closely - I hope both you and your wife are traveling well with your weight losses!!
Muscle milk was one protein I could not tolerate either, pre-made or powdered. Even the light caused it. They weren't bad in sugars there is just something in them my body doesn't like. I thought maybe early out it was the sugars, so tried the light again years out and same effect. So it's just not for me. I've never had a problem with any others. Luckily there are so many out there you will have no problem finding one that's good for you. Best of luck to you!
