What are the chances of me dumping off my protein shakes??

How are you going with getting it all on with food? I can't seem to hit over 65 on food alone- I think I need to eat more chicken and prawns!!

I'm not getting in 64. But my surgeon doesn't want me to hit that number right now. I'm getting in about 30-45. It's hard, but each day I'm adding more food to my list, and it's getting easier. Ground beef, turkey, shrimps, fish, scallops, yogurt. That's pretty much my protein sources right now. And I've added drinking milk too.
