so my pledge on BF this week was to limit the starchy carbs
So far I have avoided the Triscuits and the Cheezits. Oh, and the Tortilla chips that I hadn't even noticed last night. I had a protein bar this morning, then some mixed berries, then a protein shake, then some cheese. I keep considering getting out just one serving of crackers, and then realizing what a bad idea that really is. I think I'm going to put all the snacks in a box and put the box in his bedroom or something.
