The scale is not budging! It's at 252 and has been for the last week! I've GOT to make my goal at 249 by Tuesday! I'm going on a plain protein shake diet and nothing else until after my appointment. I'm so completely frustrated with this! Ugh!
My goal is 368 by Wednesday and I was at 374 as of yesterday. I'm quite frustrating to not be on track at losing my goal too! Does cutting out everything but protein and fluids work?
What's the reason for having to be at a certain weight this week? Is that a weight your Dr is wanting you to be at on your next visit? Guess I don't understand.
