Good thoughts needed plz!!

I didn't have any problems with my PCP referring me.  BUT, I lost about 50 lbs. pre-surgery.  I was asked OVER, AND OVER, AND OVER, "But you lost 50 lbs., why have the surgery?"  And my standard reply is that I lost that same 50 lbs. over a half dozen times in my lifetime.  I was unable to keep it off.  Perhaps this approach will work with your PCP.
