Really getting FED up!!!
I always love to read Lora's posts...she cracks me up. Sometimes a stall is a stall. I try and shake things up a bit. I add another 100-200 calories for a day or two, then cut it back to normal. I make sure I track everything I'm putting in my mouth. Get at least 100 grams of protein and 80 ounces of water daily. Doing a different exercise machine, instead of always using the treadmill. It could be, like Lora said, your body just wants to rest there a bit. Im 5'5 1/2". My goal was 140. My surgeon said if I'm adamant that I want to be less than 140 pounds, I might want to shoot for 130, because some do have a 10-15 pound bounce back. I figure I'll see what my body looks like at 140 and decide then.
