Pasta
No. You can eat it if you choose to. It feels heavy and uncomfortable in my pouch so I don't eat it often.

You can eat anything you want eventually. I don't eat pasta very often because it causes me to dump. There are plenty of healthier alternatives, but I do miss real lasagna and egg noodles with beef stroganoff sometimes!

I actually prefer vegetables over actual pasta.
I bought this gadget on Amazon that can turn different veggies into spaghetti shape and also a flat noodle like shape. This is the site if you are interested. http://www.amazon.com/World-Cuisine-A4982799-Tri-Blade-Vegetable/dp/B0007Y9WHQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1360510000&sr=8-1&keywords=vegetable+noodle+maker
This is with zucchini ~
Lynn - I was eyeing that on Amazon the other day! How do you like it? Does it really work? Does it make long "noodles?" and which veggies have you used with it?

Yes. Great. Zucchini and carrots so far but have plans for sweet potatoes and a lot of other veggies such as parsnips. If you want the long pieces, you have to use a long veggie. I bought it from another seller on Amazon who offered free shipping.
If you look on the site it shows buyer's reviews and also buyer's pics and shows some of the things other people have done and it looks exciting to use so many other products in place of noodles or pasta. My friend also bought one.
Thanks Lynn!
