weight loss

hello 

this is my first post ,,I had surgery on 01/25/2013 ,,so im 18 days out have lost about 26 lbs ,,is that normal ?? and 2nd has anyone fallen down ,,i slipped on the ice yesterday ,,kinda got scared messed my knees up but belive my insides are fine ,,anyone have that happen ?? 

my starting weight was 300 lbs ,,

Your weight loss is great.  I slipped on the treadmill a week or so after surgery and nothing happened to my insides, but it as scary.
