stay off the scale and focus on the positive.  The number on the scale does not define you. if you're eating, drinking, and working out ----taking care of you---the weight will come off. I felt like you and stopped weighing every day.  I didn't gain 150 lbs overnight and came to believe this is a process.  As long as I do the footwork the weight will come off. The surgery is only a tool to be used in conjunction with healthy eating and exercise. Be gentle with yourself.

I agree with what everyone else said but also wonder if you are having a thyroid issue. I have low thyroid and have stopped losing or gained weight even when I watch what I eat and exercise like a horse. If the thyroid hormone is out of whack, funky things happen to our weight (among other things such as skin and hair). Have you gotten it checked? Also be aware that it takes about a month for the body to adjust to any thyroid hormone changes so if you get on thyroid meds it will take that long to see any changes in weight etc.  I also suspect it could be water retention or just your body holding onto the weight temporarily. Trust the process and keep getting your protein in and water in. The weight WILL come off. Hang in there!
