Weak - Two Weeks Post-Op

Hey there,  my rep at gnc told me that isopure is a great protien drink and is more like a kook aid consistency, that might be something worth trying, especially because it comes prepared and 3 $ for a large bottle that I'm confident will last days!!!!! :) good luck!!!

I got an idea off of someone else's post, I forgot who. They were having a hard time with the protein shakes so they made them into Popsicles! I am going to try it with some of my shakes! :)
