Incisions and Internal Stitches

I had my surgery on February 11th and my outer incisions are pretty much healed; however, I have little ends of the internal dissolvable stitches poking out in some areas.  Has anyone else experienced this and do they take care of themselves.  They are actually sharp and look like hard plastic thread.

I did have that on one of my incisions.  I believe the doc clipped it.  I would call the surgeon's office.

I had it and my surgeon told me to clip 'em off. I did.
