I had my surgery jan 21st and lost 30 lbs today Iam so excited but was wondering if this is a good wheight loss for being 6 1/2 weeks?

I always figure that 5 lbs a week is 260 lbs. per year ! Awesome

The numbers vary but it's certainly in the ballpark of normal post-op weight loss.
