Does crystal light, splenda tea, diet snapple, flavored water count towards water intake? I have had kidney stones and want to avoid them by increasing water intake. Just wondered if it meant plain water. Any one know?

Yes, all fluids (even your protein shakes) count towards your fluid intake (ie, milk, water, Crystal Light, G2, decaf teas/coffees, and so on).

Surgery weight:  232 lbs. / Goal: 145 lbs. Height:  5'5"     Fat? Ain't nobody got time for that.

I count it all as well.  FYI  when I had kidney stones my dr suggested drinking lemonaid to prevent them in the future.  The crystal light might help with that.  If not, you might consider adding some lemon to your water.
