String cheese was allowed for me when I was in the "soft" stage.

breakfast:  protein shake with 54 g protein

lunch:         3 oz tuna with Walden calorie free dressing and 1/2 chopped tomato

dinner        15 frozen grapes with SF kool aid sprinkled on them(so good right now and they keep me regular)

water:         80 oz today... drink water allllll day long .. it is hot here so ez to ge****er in 

1 c. Italian Roast coffe with 1/4 c. almond milk
