NSV

Today my fiance walked past me to go outside and he squeezed my shoulder on the way out. He came right back inside and squeezed my shoulder again. He said wow your shoulder feels skinny I can feel your bones. Now all day I have been glancing at my sexy skinny shoulder. I am 3 months out and down 60 pounds I have a long long way to go still but those moments keep me encouraged :)

HI, hopefully this isn't a stupid question. I see a lot of people posting NSV, what does that stand for? 

Oh and that's cute :) and sweet.
