I feel like since my surgery my insides are rotting and my mouth tells the tell. I brush, tongue and rinse full surface of mouth and though we can tell the mouth has been cleaned odor is still prevalent. Has anyone else had this plus a horrible taste in my mouth that never has restored to normal.

Your insides are not rotting.  You're in ketosis - means you're burning fat.  Once you start eating more carbs it will go away.

It's a good thing really-means you are losing weight. It goes away as you begin to eat more.

I feel your pain. I've had it since a few days after surgery. I bought some sugar free gum so I'm not offending people around me

That is the worst! A few days out of the hospital I was sitting close to my husband and I said "Honey, Please go brush your teeth! Your breath is horrible!" and he said oh, no that is you who smells and you have been stinking up every room you go into!

OMG I was horrified, my breath was so bad for a few weeks, but it did eventually go away.
