Okay, I've had a rough couple of weeks...trying to change up my plan and get the scale acting right but I have to realize that while it may be my nemisis at the moment...there are clothes I can wear that I haven't been able to wear in 5 years. In a denim skirt today. A pair of running shorts I bought at JCPenny's no longer look like I'm stuffed sausage in them. So, while I was feeling sorry for myself, I do need to get over it...and it is working...just because I look at myself everyday doesn't mean there aren't changes. Just had to post that since I've been whining on here about it. I needed it for Friday!!
Not to mention, I bought a bike last weekend and I've been practicing but haven't really cut loose and just been able to ride...my Mom's neighborhood is hilly and I'm about as graceful as an elephant in a china shop!! :)
