Surgery date/Doc on my posts

I noticed some have their surgery date and docs name on their posts, I have looked and looked and obviously missing the edit spot but how do I get mine up ?

Go to your account In Your Profile the Gray links under your Avatar find MY HISTORY You can add your information in there. Be sure to click on Save when you are done.   Good luck!!!

Yay thanks!  I swear I searched and searched.....  I just didn't have the "primary" box checked off.
