Suggestions for Food at Disneyland?/ riding rides

My surgeon doesn't want me doing protein shakes. For this, everyone is suggesting them and it seems like they would be a great option!

I work there and went in at 6 weeks post op. I did fine on all the rides and walking around. They have many food options, You can get chili they sell it in a bread bowl and I just asked for mine in a regular bowl and then they give you the thing of bread and I brought it home to the family. There is a Mexican restaurant in Disneyland and one in CA Adventure.  I'm sure you can order a side of refried beans and cheese or a bean and cheese burrito and eat the insides. There are also a few local restaurants close by that have good food options. I eat a lot of Jerky, String Cheese, You can order a Childs size portion of their food. They can't ask you and won't ask if it is for you or a child. Have fun it's a fun place to visit.
