Coffee/hot tea

Do coffee and other hot beverages swell the pouch? I feel full after a few sips but enjoy and need to drink them. Any suggestions?

It shouldn't. I drink hot stuff all the time with no problems. Maybe you're swallowing air when you take a drink?

I don't believe anything really "swells" the pouch> Maybe just makes you feel uncomfortable. I know I cannot take one sip of anything carbonated because it makes me feel awful - too many bubbles but it doesn't "swell" the pouch either.
