I am a couple days shy of three months and am at 1/2 cup or 4oz at each meal...rarely have a snack and if I do it is nuts or a piece of cheese. I concentrate on protein first but do have some carbs.
At 3 mo out I was eating 2-2.5 oz of dense protein 3 times a day. If room I was allowed up to 1 cup of veggies a day. Eating dense protein I never had room for anything else. I added a protein shake a day to get my protein to 60g
