I started using coconut oil awhile back and love it.  I use it for all sorts of things other than cooking where I am now only using coconut and olive oil.  Although I love the taste of butter, I think it is best left in my past.

I am currently using "Fat Hair" zero calories, I LOVE it!! I use the shampoo and conditioner and the thickening spray! I had my RNY in October and already had fine hair, so now that I'm losing it, it's really thin. I got it off drugstore.com & it came right to my door in two days. I don't use it everyday, since it was $7.99 a bottle, but it is the best stuff!! I'll continue to use it even after the hair loss slows down!

i have used this mixture at home...1 egg, beaten, large scoop  (tablespoon maybe) of real mayo, and some olive oil...mix to a runny glue maybe.... so it dos not run in your face....just play with it a litle...i rub this in with my hands so it has to be thick enought to stay hands..apply to hair and then wrap in saran wrap, place hot towel around head...leave in as long as you can..

like if your going to be home all day long, apply in morning, then shower a night shower and shampoo hair...i have oily hair and this works great for mie....i sometimes use a vinegar/water rinse after shampooing....

god luck, have a blessed day debby

I just bought a Biotin shampoo and conditioner.  I just started using them and don't know if they will hel*****t but the first use seemed to give me a bit of volume that I need.  I bought it at BJ's bariatric supply online.
