Thought I was starving, so I had some sliced cucumber before I had my veggie burger, now I'm full after eating only half of it. Not gonna do that again.
The key is to eat slowly because when let ourselves get super hungry we misjudge the amount we think we can eat & tend to eat more than is comfortable. At least I can say I've been guilty of that. Also try drinking at least 20 minutes before eating too. Good luck...we live & learn.
