I'm not hungry

I'm getting all my water and my protein in but I feel so full and I have to force myself to get my 3 2oz meals in, which I never do. I usually only get in between 1/2-1oz of food 3 times a day. Is this a problem? I'm 5 days post op.

Sounds like you are doing good.  It is OK not to be "hungry".  Fluids and protein are most important.  Did you contact a dietician?  They are really helpful and could give you the best advice.  I had my RNY at St. Vincents in Carmel - those dieticians are wonderful and I still contact them even though I'm 4 years post op.

If you can't do 3- 2oz meals - maybe 6-1oz would be better for you at this point.  Your little pouch will adjust in time.  Be patient and best wishes.

Penny (and thanks for  your comment on my post)
