help im in a stall !!!!!!
My scale will not move. i started at 285 and now at 213 but the scale is ither broke or useless. and i am 4 months out....i work out 4 times a week. i do cardio first on the elliptical for 50 min and then i do strenthening whi*****ludes two sets of 30 of vertical bench, seated leg curls, tripcep extentions, abdominal curls, and leg press. what am i doing wrong??
