help im in a stall !!!!!!

My scale will not move. i started at 285 and now at 213 but the scale is ither broke or useless. and i am 4 months out....i work out 4 times a week. i do cardio first on the elliptical for 50 min and then i do strenthening whi*****ludes two  sets of 30 of vertical bench, seated leg curls, tripcep extentions, abdominal curls, and leg press. what am i doing wrong??

How long have you been in this "stall"? What are you eating daily?

almost two weeks.. and i drink 15 gram protein drink for breakfast and eat any type of meat during the day i dont do any starches i only eat meat and veggies and fruit  all day long and however i eat fried food once a day

Well, technically, that's not a stall. A stall is when you don't lose for a month. But it may help if you eliminate the fried foods.

I"m with Dee.......get rid of the fried junk!!  Lean protein and veggies!

How many grams of protein are you getting in a day?  If you don't know you need to figure it out.  also sometimes a stall means  your are losing inches and your body is catching up.  How much water are you drinking a day?  Are you getting in 8 glasses a day?

Other than frozen strawberries in my shakes I did not eat any fruit for the first 18 months.  It is just a form of sugar and it will keep you from losing weight.
