So im going to start pureed on the 3rd, and I need some ideas!, I can't wait to add some FLAVOR and some Texture to my diet. So far my only real ideas have been to puree some eggs, but make them like deviled eggs, I know i could make like mashed potatoes, which im okay with bc i love Mashed Potatoes, maybe like a mashed sweet potato? Grits? Im trying to think of savory things, and less sweet things because thats all ive really been able to have on full liquids. Im also pretty iffy about pureed meat, the thought of it kind of makes me sick. Has anyone had any luck with pureed meat? Im thinking about hummus too. Any suggestions would be amazing. thanks.

Someone from my program eats baby food. She says a jar is two meals.

I roasted a butternut squash and had that. I also made a quiche with eggs, cheese and chopped spinach. Check out www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com she has a ton of ideas for the pureed stage.

Eggface has a baked ricotta recipe that's really good.
Refried beans with a sprinkle of cheese....can also add salsa or hot sauce
Greek yogurt
Cottage cheese
Wendy's chili is popular too. Might want to puree it.
Hope this gives you a bit of a start!!
