3 month check, confused???
You know I am a coward so I dont eat much I dont know about and I want to try it so bad! I often wish i had someone with me who would try these things too. i want to try wheat germ juice but I am afraid that it will be nasty. thanks for the luck but eventually i will have to move to a healthier snack and I am running out of foods to eat.. I want to try salmon so bad but again I am a scary cat.. LOL

I've been wanting to try salmon also!!!! But like you, I am afraid. So I stick with haddock or the ever reliable.... chicken. LOL. Snacks are really no problem. Nuts, string cheese, cottage cheese, beans. I love trying different protein bars. I spend the most time in the diet food section of the store!!!!!! Constantly reading nutritional facts!!!
Kashi has a lot of products out there. Frozen dinners, waffles (wheat blueberry, very good), oatmeal, cereal, protein bars. I find their protein bars by the cereal, the dark chocolate coconut is my favorite. I have also noticed my tastes have changed since surgery. I NEVER ate lima beans before, love them now!!!! Cashews... Yuck!!!! They are one of my favorites now. Pecans... Never!!!! Now, pecans.... Always!!!!!!

48 pounds in 3 months sounds good too. That is an average of 4 pounds per week.
I have never heard no swallowing pills for 6 months. I would stab myself in the eye if I had to go back to chewables.. ;0)
