Night eating

Personally, I don't think it's a problem unless you're eating things you shouldn't or far too much. I can't sleep if I'm hungry. (In fact, that's why I'm up now.)
Can you choose some foods that are fine to eat, and PLAN to eat them?
(I just ate a slice of buttered whole grain toast with some cinnamon and Stevia. Now I'm going back to bed.)
