poll for those taking Bariatric Fusion vitamins

I've seen a lot of people post lately about using Bariatric Fusion vitamins, and most say they only take four a day (yes, I know that's what the label says to take, but it only gives you about half of what the ASMBS says we need of most things).

What I'm curious about is if those that take four Bariatric Fusion a day are seeing problems in their labs or not.  So, if you take Bariatric Fusion, and have had labs done, I have a couple of questions.

How far out are you and when did you last have labs done?

When you had labs done last, what was your vitamin A level?

What were your zinc and copper levels?

What was your PTH?

Thanks to all that answer, and I promise not to tell you in this thread that you're taking the wrong vitamins!

I swear I have the least reliable surgeon's office ever...they only check your vitamin D, iron and B12 levels. They recommended 4 Fusions a day and maybe an iron to supplement since mine is on the low side of normal normally. I take an extra iron per their suggestion and have added a sublingual b12 as well as 2 vit D soft gels with vit A. Since I don't get much guidance I am just keeping my fingers crossed. I think I am going to ask my GP to order a full panel when I see her tomorrow. Hopefully then I can report back what my labs look like at 7.5 months out.
