Noticed a pattern with my weight loss anyone else?
Almost from the begining I have noticed that I will be stuck at a weight it seems like for a week and then I will wake up one morning and have lost like 5 pounds. I was stuck at between 297-299 for about a week and it would just keep going up and down. Then I got on the scale a few days ago and bam 293 and now its staying at 293, so if my pattern stays true I will be a 297 for about a week and hopefully one morning next week wake up under the 290's. Has anybody else noticed this or is losing the same way?
I have already reached my goal, but I still notice a pattern with my weight. The week before my period stats I am at my lowest of the month. The day before my period starts I am up almost 5 pounds. I will lose that in the next week in a half. Then it starts over the next month. It helps to recognize this so I don't freak out when I wake up one morning to find I am 5 pounds up.
I'm only a couple months out, but that's how mine has been for about the past month. I will lose maybe 1 lb one week and then the next pound lose 4-5 lb. I have just assumed the weeks where the weight loss is slow that my body is trying to catch up. I think I'm losing inches too during the slow weeks. I figure it all equals out!
I'm 10 months out and it happens to me. I drop to my lowest weight around the beginning of the month then I gain 3 lobs then by the end of the next month I loose like 8lbs in a week or two then the cycle starts over. It's good to know your patterns and then when there is a gain it's not heartbreaking
