Nine month surgery checkup

I went Monday for my nine month checkup and weigh in. I'm happy to post I've lost 134 pounds. I feel great. As I told the others in the group meeting, nine months ago I had no idea I was feeling so lifeless. Since my surgery July 10, I've joined Curves and exercise at least four times weekly there, then I walk 1-2 miles daily. My chronic back pain is 100% better and I'm off all diabetes meds.
