Carbs grams per day?
At 3 mo out I was getting between 7-34 according to my records on my fitness pal. By 6 mo out I was getting on avg 35-50.
I was only tracking to make sure I was getting in at least 60g of protein but of course it tracks everything so I went and looked it up for you.
I was told if I followed my plan and got in 60g of protein everything else would fall into place.
