Had a serving of instant oatmeal and two small bananas'. Will have a bowl of beans for lunch. Don't know yet what dinner will be. Perhaps grilled talapia. Greens of some sort.

Took a 1/2 hour walk first thing this morning because both the elliptical and the treadmill were occupied and I don't know if I can get to the exercise room this evening.  (I'm staying at a hotel this week for work.)  Will walk at lunch time if it's not too hot/humid out.

Got up for 90 minutes of yoga and some body weight training afterward. Feeling pretty good, and ready for the Glo Run on Saturday.

Food today is pretty standard:

Day - Water and coffee

Evening - Chicken with pepperoni marinara sauce (it's so good--found the recipe in Cooking Light), and then kashi protein bars, yogurt, and fruit for snacks. I also have leftover ham, swiss and egg calzone, so I might have a small piece of that for a snack depending on whether I want sweet or savory.

Have a good day all!
